"A child suffocates in a smoke-filled classroom.
But the fire protection plan was filed correctly."
Fire protection is mandatory. We make it profitable.
SENTIQOR is the first digital Fire Safety Alliance – powered by AI, franchise and real incident data.
What Is SENTIQOR?
SENTIQOR is the first fully digital ecosystem for mandatory fire safety across the World.
We combine scalable e-learning (eBrandschutz.com), a live incident data platform (Brandreport.at), and the world’s first Fire Safety AI (SafeIQ). We turn legal duty into scalable business – with ESG impact.
The Problem
Fire safety training is legally required for every employee throughout Europe (and for the most countries of the World).
The market is huge. But no one is truly digital. Yet.
The Solution
SENTIQOR is the connected future of fire protection.
Data-driven, Scalable, ESG-ready.
Franchise System
Think McDonald's.
But for fire safety.
> 5,000 potential partners in DACH alone.
Franchise system is ready. Launch: Q1 2026.
Our franchise model turns local partners
into fire safety multipliers.
SafeIQ
SafeIQ will be the World’s first digital fire safety manager.
To bring SafeIQ to life — as an AI-driven engine for fire risk prediction, regulatory intelligence, and immersive training — we are actively looking for an investor who not only brings capital, but also expertise and a strong network in the field of applied AI development.
We believe that the right partner at this stage can help transform SafeIQ from a high-potential idea into a market-shaping innovation.
Launch: MVP in 2026.
We're looking for a co-creator with AI expertise.

FAQ-Section
Product & Solution
How does eBrandschutz.com differ from traditional players and other providers?
eBrandschutz.com is the first fully digital, legally compliant e-learning platform for mandatory fire protection training in the DACH region. While traditional players rely on outdated in-person formats, our offer is scalable, modern, franchise-ready, and already operational. In addition, our unique feature is SafeIQ – the AI-powered fire safety solution of the future.
Which courses are currently available and which are planned?
The most important mandatory course for basic and advanced firefighting assistance is already online and legally required. Additional courses (e.g., for specific industries, advanced courses, VR modules) can be implemented within 2–3 weeks after the 1st seed round.
What legal certifications and approvals are available?
The platform is legally compliant in Austria and Germany. It meets the requirements of AnSchG, ArbStättV, TRVB, and OIB guidelines. All content is certified and officially approved.
Is the system adaptable for other countries (e.g., Switzerland, Italy)?
Yes. The platform structure is modular and can be adapted to other countries by aligning with local regulations. Multilingual scaling is scheduled for Q2/2026.
How will SafeIQ be integrated into the platform?
SafeIQ will be integrated as an intelligent backend module: automated risk analyses, regulation matching, VR training, and compliance reports. In the future, it will also be available as a standalone SaaS product.
Market & Scaling
How was the market potential (€90M by 2030) calculated?
Basis: 30.8 million employed individuals in the DACH region × €15 average revenue per participant × annually required training. Franchise and SafeIQ are not yet included.
What is the customer retention or repurchase rate?
Very high, as training is legally required every year. Companies must repeat training regularly, which leads to recurring revenue.
What are the entry barriers for new competitors?
Technological maturity, regulatory complexity, existing operational cash flow, certified content, established brand ("Safety-Fritz"), and first-mover advantage.
Why are franchise partners a key scaling lever?
They enable local sales with low fixed costs. Over 5,000 potential partners (e.g., fire extinguisher dealers) can be activated immediately and gain access to the platform, tools, marketing, and billing systems.
Are there already letters of intent or pre-contracts with franchise partners?
Concrete discussions are underway with partners from Austria, Tyrol, and the security sector. Operational launch will follow Seed Round I.
Finance & Monetization
Why was the average course price set at only €15?
To achieve maximum market penetration. The list price is €29.95, but for scaling and market entry, a conservative €15 was used.
What are the cost structures for content production, platform operation, and certification?
Initial content production is complete. Ongoing costs are predictable: platform operation through hosting & maintenance, certifications via existing expert partnerships.
What margins are targeted with the franchise license and SafeIQ SaaS?
Franchise: high EBITDA margins through monthly license + revenue share. SafeIQ: SaaS model with >80% contribution margin possible.
Is there already revenue or cash flow being reinvested?
Yes. Existing cash flow from the controlled Austrian test market secures SafeIQ development and covers ongoing costs.
What are the planned sales expenses (CAC)?
Estimated at approx. 15–25% of revenue, as stated in the pitch deck. Online marketing and partner acquisition are driven by scalable digital strategies.
Strategy & Timeline
Why is market entry intentionally delayed?
To avoid risking the first-mover advantage prematurely. Competitors should be surprised by the scale and impact.
What specific milestones are planned before Seed Round II?
Very high, as training is legally required every year. Companies must repeat training regularly, which leads to recurring revenue.
What are the expansion plans beyond DACH?
Q3 2027: Rollout in core EU markets (FR, IT, CEE). Preparation for licensing to public authorities/insurers.
When will SafeIQ be technically operational?
MVP planned for Q2/Q3 2026. Full release from 2027.
What happens if SafeIQ is implemented later than planned?
eBrandschutz.com operates profitably and secures ongoing funding. Market advantage is maintained through Brandreport.at data.
Team & Execution
What AI-related skills does the team bring?
Strategic AI knowledge, data preparation via Brandreport.at, and targeted search for an experienced AI co-developer.
Is a CTO or technical partner already involved?
A strategic tech partner with expertise and a dedicated team is currently being sought (Seed Round II).
How are responsibilities divided between Fritz and Karl in the long term?
Fritz: strategy, communication, investor relations, AI vision. Karl: franchise development, processes, operational scaling.
What role will "Safety-Fritz" play in the future: operational, strategic, or primarily communicative?
He remains the strategic head, brand ambassador, and innovation driver. Day-to-day operations will be handed over to the franchise system.
How is franchise partner quality ensured?
Through training, certifications, centralized platform control, and unified CI/CD standards.
Are women part of the founding team?
No, the core founding team currently consists of male founders. However, Fritz is the father of seven children — five of whom are daughters — and several of them are actively involved in the operations of SAFETY FIRST. Additionally, Karl's daughter will be joining the SENTIQOR team, although she is not a co-founder. Diversity and generational inclusion are already organically present in the broader company structure.
Does the founding team include LGBTQ+ members?
While the core founding team does not currently identify as LGBTQ+, diversity and inclusion are deeply rooted in our company culture. One of Fritz's five daughters is openly lesbian and actively supported within the family and organization. At SENTIQOR, we foster an inclusive environment where all individuals — regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or background — are valued and respected. Discrimination has no place in our mission to save lives.
Risk & Protection
Is there a protection strategy for the "SENTIQOR" and "Safety-Fritz" brands?
Trademark-protected. CI elements and content are copyrighted.
How are regulatory changes in fire protection law handled?
Ongoing monitoring by experts, updates integrated into SafeIQ. Platform adapts flexibly to new requirements.
What happens if competitors make massive investments and catch up?
SENTIQOR has first-mover advantage, data lead, scalable structures, and strong brand presence. Additionally: ESG and AI focus as unique selling points.
Are there insurance policies against liability risks in training?
Yes, professional liability insurance is in place. Legal assurance through certified content and legally compliant platform documentation.
How are sensitive data (e.g., building data, AI analyses) protected?
GDPR-compliant. Hosting on European servers, pseudonymized data for AI training, access control, and encryption.
